Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account, find the guitar and choose the option that fits. Your order details are already attached there, so it's the fastest way to get things sorted. Shipping, payment, returns and complaints are handled only through Amazon, including:

Quick Checks Before You Write
- No sound? Turn up both volume knobs on the guitar, try each toggle position, and push the cable all the way into both jacks.
- Drifting out of tune? New strings stretch for the first few days. Keep retuning and check each string has neat wraps on its post.
- Buzzing or high action? That's usually a setup adjustment, which a local guitar tech can do quickly.
